Privacy Policy — Sky Adventure

Sky Adventure (“the app”, package com.boyannnz.skyadventure) is developed and published by Yayan Hidayatulloh (“we”, “us”), based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Android version of Sky Adventure distributed through Google Play.

Short version

The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no registration.
We do not collect, store or transmit your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data.
Your best score is stored only on your own device and never leaves it.
The app shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. What AdMob collects depends on the age you select on the first screen.

Information the app itself collects

None that identifies you.

The only thing the app saves is your highest score and your age-screen answer. Both are written to the app’s private storage on your device (user://sky_adventure.cfg). They are not uploaded anywhere, are not readable by other apps, and are deleted when you uninstall Sky Adventure.

The app requests one Android permission, INTERNET, which is used solely to load advertisements.

Advertising

Sky Adventure is free and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob, a Google service. Ads appear on the menu screen and on the game over screen. There are no ads while you are playing.

Because Sky Adventure is suitable for players of all ages, the app asks for your age the first time you open it (a neutral age screen — it does not push you toward any answer). Your answer determines how ads work.

If you indicate you are a child, or do not answer

Ads are non-personalized. They are not based on your interests, browsing history or previous app activity.
Ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment and under the age of consent, as required by Google Play’s Families Policy.
Ad content is limited to G-rated material.
The Android Advertising ID (AAID) is not transmitted.

If you indicate you are an adult

Ads may be personalized, meaning Google may use the Android Advertising ID and information about your device to select ads it thinks are relevant to you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app will show you a consent form before any personalized ad is served. You may refuse, in which case you will see non-personalized ads instead.

In both cases, Google may process technical data such as your device model, operating system version, approximate location derived from IP address, and whether an ad was shown or clicked. This processing is carried out by Google as an independent controller under its own policies:

Your controls

Change your answer: open Privacy from the app’s main menu, or clear the app’s data (Android Settings → Apps → Sky Adventure → Storage → Clear data).
Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Withdraw consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): open Privacy from the app’s main menu and choose “Privacy options”.

Children’s privacy

Sky Adventure is intended for a general audience that includes children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, no in-app purchases and no way to contact other players. Ads served to players who identify as children are non-personalized and restricted to G-rated content, and no advertising identifier is transmitted for those players, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell, rent or share your data. We have no servers and no database; we receive only aggregate, anonymous statistics from Google Play and AdMob (for example, the number of installs or ad impressions), which cannot identify you.

Data stored on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention schedules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. Since we hold no personal data about you ourselves, most such requests are best directed to Google. We will help where we can — write to us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where the change affects how ads work, note it in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
